Looking Forward to coming to play my first Headlining Gig in Austria In September at the Multicultural Festival in Linz

Just confirmed the Linz date should be great as I’ve never been to Austria before be great to meet up with Alex at W.A.R records. This year seems to be getting very busy = me happy.

Thank You Hollywood!

Had a brilliant time in L.A more details to follow – gigs went great and I got to win the Best Blues Artist category in the Artists In Music Awards – happy days!

America you were great!

It was great seeing our friends and meeting some new ones in Hollywood in February for the Artists In Music Awards and winning the ‘Best Blues Artist’ Award was a seriously big plus – fantastic event and we are still buzzing from it. Loved playing in America and will hopefully be back in Los Angeles later in the year.

Hottest New Artist.

Really pleased to have made it into the top ten (number 8 in fact) in the forthcoming ‘Hottest New Artist’ book in America – I’ll put some more details up when I know more :)

Thank You To All Our Friends in the U.S.

Big thanks  to all of the American radio stations that have played me lately – I know that this is a by no means exhaustive list and apologise for all that I have missed but these are just some that I am aware of.

I’m really pleased to be working with the Barry Tomes Media Group in the UK, writing songs for one of their forthcoming artists, the album is scheduled for release in 2013. This is an exciting opportunity and I’m very much enjoying working on the project.

Cool – The Artists In Music Awards will be announcing the final 5 nominees in my category at the Whiskey a Go Go in L.A on Sunday night – hope I make it through, if I do I’ll be going out to Hollywood in February – anyway  here’s hoping!

The Hollywood Music in Media Awards November 15th 2012 at the Fonda Theatre in Sunset Boulevard thanks again to Brooke Henderson CEO at  Tomes PR USA for representing me at the Awards Ceremony.

Hollywood 2012

November 15th and it was great to be once again nominated in Los Angeles for ‘Best Blues’ in the Hollywood Music in Media Awards for Hate Me for a Reason and Cryin’ out Loud’ both tracks are from the Calling Your Name Album. Although I didn’t win this year it was pretty cool to see the pedigree of the winning entry so congratulations to Steve Postell whose band included Robben Ford on guitar and an impressive array of major league session players such as Steve Ferone, Leland Sklar and members of Jackson Brownes band. As a result of the Hollywood action  ’Where the Wild Ones Go!’ has picked up considerable airplay in the Los Angeles area and I’ve been busy of late Skyping to Radio Stations around the World.

Here’s hoping we can go and play Hollywood next year with the band – I  have to say it’s looking more likely everyday.
